摘  要:目的分析郑州地区不同献血场所献血者检测结果,为做好血液检测工作提供参考依据。方法以2020年郑州地区流动献血车、固定献血屋无偿献血者作为研究对象,分析2种献血场所酶免检测结果,采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果流动献血车和固定献血屋血液检测不合格率分别为1.86%、0.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以ALT最高,Anti-TP次之、Anti-HCV最低;8个固定献血屋血液检测不合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以H屋的Anti-TP(0.30%)不合格率最高。结论采血科室应及时对照酶免检测结果变化趋势,加强献血前初筛检测,有效降低血液报废率,确保血液质量和安全。Objective To analyze the detection results of blood donors from different sites in Zhengzhou area,and to provide reference for blood testing.Methods Voluntary blood donors from mobile blood donation vehicles and fixed blood donation houses in Zhengzhou area in 2020 were used as research objects to analyze ELISA results,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0.Results The unqualified rates of mobile blood donation vehicle and fixed blood donation house were 1.86%and 0.90%,respectively,with the differences of statistical significance(P<0.05).ALT was the highest,Anti-TP was the second,and Anti-HCV was the lowest.There was statistical significance on the difference in the unqualified rate of blood test among the 8 fixed blood donation houses(P<0.05),and the highest unqualified rate of Anti-TP(0.30%)was found in room H.Conclusion Blood collection departments should timely compare the trend of enzymic immunoassay results,strengthen the initial screening test before blood donation,effectively reduce the scrap rate of blood,and ensure blood quality and safety.
