摘 要:目的建立碰撞/反应池技术-电感耦合等离子体质谱(DRC-ICP-MS)法准确测定人发中硒含量的分析方法。方法采用硝酸作为消解体系,微波消解后190℃赶酸,赶至近干后用水定容至25 ml,采用甲烷作为反应气,丰度最大的^(80)Se作为分析质量数,DRC-ICP-MS法测定人发中硒含量。结果本研究所建立的人发中硒的方法检出限为0.001 1 mg/kg,加标回收率为108.1%~110.1%,精密度为1.9%~2.2%。应用本方法对生物成分分析标准物质GBW07601a(GSH-1a人发)中硒含量进行检测,测定结果符合给定的标准值。结论采用本法可以避免消解液酸度对硒测定结果的影响,同时可消除^(40)Ar^(40)Ar对^(80)Se的质谱干扰,确保了检测结果的准确性,并大大提高了检测灵敏度,具有快速简便、灵敏度高、准确度好等优点。Objective To establish an accurate method for the rapid determination of selenium (Se) in human hair samples by DRC-ICP-MS method.Methods Nitric acid was used as the digestion system,and the acid was driven away to near dry at190℃after microwave digestion,and then diluted to 25 ml with water.Moreover,methane was used as the reaction gas,while^(80)Se as the analytical isotope,the selenium content in human hair was determined by DRC-ICP-MS method.Results The limit of detection (LOD) of Se was 0.001 1 mg/kg,while the recovery was ranged from 108.1%-110.1%with precise rate in range of 1.9%-2.2%.The determination results of Se in the standard substance human hair GBW 07601a (GSH-1a human hair) using the developed method were very close to the given value.Conclusion The method presented in this paper can avoid the influence of acidity of digestion solution on Se analysis,and can eliminate the interference of^(40)Ar^(40)Ar on^(80)Se.As a result,the high accuracy and high sensitivity of the developed method were obtained.The proposed method is safe,rapid,precise,and accurate.
