摘 要:目的建立连续流动分析仪测定生活饮用水中耗氧量的方法。方法利用反化学法,在样品中加入酸化的高锰酸钾,在恒定温度93℃下反应,未反应的高锰酸钾在最大吸收波长520 nm下被测定,而消耗的高锰酸钾的量和样品耗氧量呈正相关,以草酸钠为标准溶液,外标法定量。结果该方法测定生活饮用水中耗氧量和OD值在0 mg/L~8 mg/L浓度内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)=0.999 8,线性关系满足要求。1.00 mg/L、2.00 mg/L、4.00 mg/L的标准品的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.98%、1.28%、1.24%,加标回收率为96.7%~98.2%,最低检出浓度为0.002 0 mg/L。与酸性高锰酸钾滴定法同时测定有证标准物质,精密度明显提升。结论连续流动分析法准确性,灵敏度,精密度均满足测定需要,并优于酸性高锰酸钾法,可用于饮用水中耗氧量的定量检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of oxygen consumption in drinking water by continuous flow analyzer.Methods Using the inverse chemical method, acidified potassium permanganate was added to the sample and reacted at a constant temperature of 93 ℃ . The unreacted potassium permanganate was measured at the maximum absorption wavelength of 520 nm, and the amount of potassium permanganate consumed was positively correlated with the oxygen consumption of the sample. Sodium oxalate was used as the standard solution, and the external standard method was used for quantification.Results The linear relationship between oxygen consumption and OD values in drinking water is good within 0 mg/L-8 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient(r) was 0. 999 8, which meets the requirements. TheRSDsof 1. 00 mg/L, 2. 00 mg/L and4. 00 mg/L were 1. 98%, 1. 28% and 1. 24%, respectively. The recoveries were within 96. 7%-98. 2%, and the lowest detection concentration was 0. 002 0 mg/L. The precision of determination of certified reference materials was improved obviously by titration with acid potassium permanganate.Conclusion The accuracy, sensitivity, precision of the continuous flow method all met the requirements of detection, the continuous flow method is better than the acid potassium permanganate titration method and it can be used in the laboratory.
