摘  要:目的了解新疆食源性单核细胞增生李斯特菌分子分型特征及抗生素耐药状况。方法对2010年—2020年食品中分离的32株单核细胞增生李斯特菌采用脉冲场凝胶电泳法(PFGE)进行分子分型,采用微量肉汤稀释法对8种抗生素进行耐药性检测。结果 32株单核细胞增生李斯特菌经AscⅠ酶切与脉冲场凝胶电泳后共获得21种PFGE带型,每种带型包含1株~5株菌株不等,相似度在48.5%~100%;32株单核细胞增生李斯特菌均对青霉素、氨苄西林、复方新诺明敏感,对其他5种抗生素的MIC值较小。结论新疆食源性单核细胞增生李斯特菌PFGE带型呈现多态性,揭示了不同来源菌株之间的亲缘性,对抗生素敏感性高,应持续开展耐药状况监测。Objective To learn the molecular characteristics and antibiotic resistance ofListerria monocytogenesfrom foods in Xinjiang.Methods From 2010 to 2020, a total of 32 strains ofListeria monocytogeneswere collected from foods in Xinjiang.Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) was performed for molecular typing and the susceptibility to 8 antibiotics was measured by broth microdilution method.Results A total of 32 strains were divided into 21 PFGE patterns withAscⅠ digestion. Each pattern included 1-5 strains with similarity ranged from 48. 5% to 100%. All strains were sensitive to penicillin, ampicillin,compound sulfamethoxazole and had low MIC values to other 5 kinds of antibiotics.Conclusion Listeria monocytogenesfrom foods in Xinjiang shows high sensitive and genetic diverse. It revealed the affinity between strains from different sources and showed high sensitivity to antibiotics, so it is necessary to carry out continuous monitoring of drug resistance.
