益气活血方联合西药治疗剖宫产后恶露不绝临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型剖宫产后恶露不绝的效果。方法:选择94例行剖宫产术分娩的产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各47例。2组均给予头孢拉定颗粒、缩宫素注射液治疗,治疗组加予益气活血方内服。2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组的止血率、止血时间、气虚血瘀证症状评分与治疗效果。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率100%,对照组总有效率87.23%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的止血率高于对照组(P<0.05),平均止血时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。2组气虚血瘀证症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),治疗组的气虚血瘀证症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益气活血方联合西药治疗剖宫产后恶露不绝疗效显著,能有效缩短出血时间,有助于产后康复。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine for lochiorrhea after cesarean section of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 94 cases of puerpera after cesarean section were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with cefradine granules and oxytocin injection,and the treatment group was additionally given oral administration of Yiqi Huoxue prescription.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The hemostasis rate,hemostatic time,symptom scores of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and curative effects in the two groups were compared.Results:After two-week treatment,the total effective rate was 100% in the control group and87.23% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the average hemostatic time was shorter(P<0.01).The symptom scores of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine has a significant curative effect in treating lochiorrhea after cesarean section,which can effectively shorten bleeding time and is helpful to postpartum rehabilitation.
