补肾调经汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调经汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素及自然妊娠率的影响。方法:选取68例PCOS患者,按照不同治疗方法分成联合组与对照组,每组34例。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,联合组在对照组基础上予以补肾调经汤治疗。比较2组黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)水平及不良反应发生率,随访3个月统计自然妊娠率。结果:治疗后,2组E_(2)、T水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);联合组E_(2)、T水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组LH、FSH水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为5.9%,低于对照组的23.5%(P<0.05)。联合组自然妊娠率为85.3%,高于对照组的52.9%(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调经汤联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗PCOS,能明显改善患者的性激素水平,提高自然妊娠率,且安全性较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Tiaojing tang combined with ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate on sex hormones and spontaneous pregnancy rates in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 68 cases of PCOS patients were selected and divided into the combination group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate,and the combination group was additionally treated with Bushen Tiaojing tang based on the treatment of the control group.The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)) and testosterone(T)and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.The spontaneous pregnancy rates were calculated after three months of follow-up.Results:After treatment,the levels of E_(2) and T in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);and the levels of T and E_(2) in the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences being found in the comparison of LH and FSH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.9%in the combination group,lower than that of 23.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The spontaneous pregnancy rate was 85.3%in the combination group,higher than that of 52.9%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Bushen Tiaojing tang combined with ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate for PCOS can significantly improve the levels of sex hormones in patients,and improve the spontaneous pregnancy rate with good safety.
