针刺疗法联合人参养荣丸治疗气血两虚型眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺疗法联合人参养荣丸治疗气血两虚型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将2017年8月—2019年8月诊治的80例气血两虚型眩晕患者分为对照组与观察组,各40例,2组均给予常规西药治疗,在其基础上前者给予人参养荣丸治疗,后者给予自拟针刺疗法联合人参养荣丸治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、眩晕障碍评分(DHI)以及脑动脉血流参数变化,并评估其疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候各项证候积分、DHI各项评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组脑动脉血流参数水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率观察组92.50%,对照组75.00%,2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺疗法联合人参养荣丸治疗气血两虚型眩晕安全有效,可改善患者临床症状,促进脑动脉血流恢复正常,减轻眩晕障碍。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of acupuncture combined with Renshen Yangrong pills on vertigo qi and blood deficiency type.Methods:A total of 80 patients with vertigo of qi and blood deficiency type from August 2017 to August 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment;the control group was additionally treated with Renshen Yangrong pills,and the observation group was given self-designed acupuncture combined with Renshen Yangrong pills.The Chinese medicine syndrome scores,score of Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI) and cerebral artery blood flow parameters were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the effect and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores and DHI scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the the above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The levels of cerebral artery blood flow parameters in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical effect was 92.50% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with Renshen Yangrong pills is safe and effective in treating vertigo of qi and blood deficiency type,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the return of cerebral artery blood flow to normal and relieve vertigo disorder.
