基于“魄门亦为五脏使”浅析针灸药结合治疗脱肛的机理

摘　　要：以"魄门亦为五脏使"为理论基础,分析针、灸、药结合治疗脱肛的机理。分析认为,在生理上,肛门与五脏之间密切相关;在病机上,气虚下陷是脱肛发生的基本病机,湿热下注是其常见伴发证,脱肛的发生责之于肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调;在治疗上,以补中益气、升阳举陷为治疗原则,结合辨证论治,加减用药或用穴,或攻或补,或清或温,依法施治。This paper analyzes the mechanism of acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese herbs in the treatment of rectocele based on the theory of “anus being envoy of five zang-organs”.It is believed that anus is closely related to the five zang-organs in physiology,and in pathogenesis,the sinking of qi deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of rectocele,with its common complications of damp-heat pouring downward.The cause of rectocele is the dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney.In terms of its treatment,the principles should be supplementing the center and boosting qi,raising yang and lifting the sunken,and meanwhile,syndrome differentiation and treatment should be combined with to modify the prescriptions or point selection,namely,reinforcing healthy qi or eliminating pathogenic factor,heat-clearing or warming.Chinese medicine practitioners should adopt different treatment methods to treat the disease.
