基于中医治未病思想浅析复发性流产的防治

摘　　要：复发性流产是育龄期妇女较为常见的生育难题。现基于中医治未病思想,从未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复等方面对复发性流产的防治进行分析。分析认为,在"未病先防"中强调"无病而防"及"因病而防";在"既病防变"中强调复发性流产的传变、用药规律和辨证论治;而在"瘥后防复"中强调孕后尽早安胎及日常防护及康复治疗等。Recurrent abortion is a common fertility problem for women of childbearing age.Based on the thoughts of“treating disease before it arises”,“controlling the development of existing disease”and“preventing recurrence after the symptoms disappear”,the paper carries out study on the prevention and treatment of recurrent abortion.The analysis shows that it is important to emphasize the thoughts of“preventing without disease”and“preventing because of disease”when talking about“treating disease before it arises”;it is important to emphasize the transmission of recurrent abortion,the rule of medication and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the thought of“controlling the development of existing disease”;and it is important to emphasize early fetal safety,daily protection and rehabilitation treatment after pregnancy in the thought of“preventing recurrence after the symptoms disappear”.
