摘　　要：介绍纪云西教授运用辛开温降法治疗寒痞的临床经验。纪云西教授认为,寒痞之病,在于中阳不足,寒湿阻滞,或兼有肾阳不足,以致气机升降不利,发为痞满。此种痞证不可妄用苦降,故提出以"辛开温降"法治之。其中辛味药既可宣发气机,也可起到宣导作用,开阴阳之通路;以温降下行之药代替苦降,既平上逆之气机,又防中阳更伤。This paper introduces Prof.JI Yunxi’s clinical experience in the treatment of cold stuffiness by the method of using acrid medicinals to open and using warm medicinals to promote descent.Prof.JI Yunxi believes that the reason of cold stuffiness lies in the lack of spleen yang and cold-damp obstruction,or lack of kidney yang,so that the ascending and descending of qi is unfavorable,and then cold stuffiness onsets.Such stuffiness syndrome should not be simply treated by the method of using bitter medicinals to promote descent,and thus Prof.JI proposes the “method of using acrid medicinals to open and using warm medicinals to promote descent”.Acrid medicinals not only can diffuse and disperse qi but also can diffuse and rectify qi to open the pathway of yin qi and yang qi.Using warm medicinals instead of bitter meicinals to promote descent,not only can calm ascending counterflow of qi but also prevent the further damages of spleen yang.
