摘 要:为避免拉索缠绕螺旋线对斜拉桥横桥向受力造成不利影响,提出一种在拉索表面涂聚脲涂层的风雨激振抑制措施。采用风洞节段模型测振、测力试验,研究聚脲涂层表面处理措施对拉索风雨激振和风荷载的影响,并与不采用措施拉索以及采用传统的缠绕螺旋线措施拉索进行比较。结果表明:聚脲涂层表面处理措施能有效抑制拉索风雨激振;在无措施拉索临界区域,采用聚脲涂层处理措施可降低拉索阻力系数,但会增加升力系数;在无措施拉索亚临界区域和超临界区域,采用聚脲涂层处理措施与无措施拉索的升、阻力系数差别不大;在高雷诺数范围(Re≥3.7×10^(5))内,相较缠绕螺旋线,聚脲涂层能明显降低拉索阻力系数,在常遇设计风速条件下(Re≈3.58×10^(5)),降低幅度达31%,显著减小结构横桥向受力。The helical ribs on the surface of the stay cables can exert adverse effect on the load bearing performance of the cable-stayed bridge in the transverse direction.In this paper,a method of adding polyurea coatings to stay cables to suppress rain-wind induced vibration is proposed.The segmental wind tunnel tests were conducted to examine the vibration and forces of the structure and to study the effect of the polyurea coating on the rain-wind induced vibration of the stay cables and the wind loads,and the results were compared with the analysis of the stay cables without vibration suppressing devices and the stay cables with traditional helical ribs.It is shown that when the stay cables are added with polyurea coatings,the rain-wind induced vibration is effectively suppressed.If the polyurea coatings are placed in the critical region of the stay cables without vibration suppression devices,the drag coefficient of the stay cables can be reduced,but the lift coefficient will be increased.Whereas in the sub-critical region and super critical region of the stay cables without vibration suppression devices,the stay cables treated with polyurea coatings and the stay cables without vibration suppression devices show minor difference between their lift and drag coefficients.Within the higher range of Reynolds number(Re≥3.7×10^(5)),adding polyurea coatings can significantly reduce the drag coefficients of the stay cables when compared with adding helical ribs.At the frequent design wind speeds(Re≈3.58×10^(5)),the reduction amount reaches up to 31%,resulting in the significant reduction of the loads in the transverse direction of the bridge.
