摘  要:秭归长江公路大桥主桥为主跨531.2 m中承式钢桁架拱桥,根据该桥桥位实际情况,上部结构采用斜拉扣挂、缆索吊机吊装的方法安装。针对桥址处地势崎岖、风力大,两岸地质存在断层,桥位高等难题,在缆索吊机设计时,将缆索吊机跨径优化为190 m(南)+601.2 m+220 m(北),满足了主跨吊装性能的同时,给边跨布置留出了更多的空间;利用南、北岸地质及场地条件,锚碇采用了桩基承台锚和预应力岩锚形式;扣、缆塔基础采用“15 m宽承台+18根桩+锚索”方案进行加强,实现了扣塔、缆塔、桥墩基础与坡面维护等一体化设计;扣塔为双塔柱结构,南、北岸高度分别为133.86 m、144.06 m,缆塔为门式结构,高32.85 m,对扣、缆塔进行标准化、单元化设计,优化了生产资源;缆索吊机的2组承载索上分别布置2台起重天车,提高了缆索吊机功能的灵活性;风缆系统为成对分组组合体系,风缆对数的减少,能扩大缆索吊的工作覆盖范围。The main bridge of Zigui Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a half-through steel truss arch bridge with a main span of 531.2 m.The superstructure was erected by the cable-stayed cantilever assembly method.The bridge site is high above a rugged area where winds are heavy and growth faults exist in the coasts.The span arrangement of the cable crane was optimized to be three spans of 190 m(south),601.2 m and 220 m(north)to facilitate the assembly of the main span arch and girder segments,and at the same time,spare more room for the configuration of side spans.To suit the geological condition and construction space,the south and north anchorages were designed as pile-pile cap anchorage and prestressed rock-socketed anchorage,respectively.The towers of the erection system were all mounted on the 15 m-wide pile caps that were supported by the underneath 18 piles,and excessively stabilized by anchor cables,which was considered an all-in-one solution for the design of the tower,pier foundation and slope protection.The lower parts of south and north towers anchored with fastening stays(fastening tower)were two-columned structures,with heights of 133.86 m and 144.06 m,respectively,while the upper parts supporting the cableway(lifting tower)were portal-frame structures,with heights of 32.85 m.The towers were built up using standard and modularized components to realize the optimal utilization of resources.Two trolleys were suspended by the cable crane hung onto the cableway to improve the flexibility of the cable crane.The wind ropes were arranged in pairs for balanced action and all the wind ropes were in an integral system.As the number of wind ropes was cut down,the working space of the cable cranes could be expanded.
