摘  要:提出一种基于环网的分布式配电网快速自愈保护方案,该方案适用于35 kV及以下电压等级的配电网供电系统,其中包含若干个使用环网通信进行数据交互的间隔保护测控装置。每一个间隔均配置一台独立的保护装置,每一个保护装置在采集本身间隔数据的同时,通过环网接收其他间隔保护装置的数据并向环网其他保护装置发送数据。此外,每一个保护装置基于环网数据进行保护逻辑计算,并通过对应的间隔保护装置完成保护动作,迅速在跳闸出口完成故障源的切除,同时能快速恢复非故障区供电,避免大范围停电事故的发生。经过现场运行验证,该方案在可靠性和速动性方面比传统的配电网保护装置存在较大的优势,提高了配电网运行的可靠性和运维效率。This paper presents a fast self-healing protection scheme for the distributed distribution network based on ring network.This scheme is suitable for distribution network power supply systems with voltage levels of 35 kV and below.The scheme includes several interval protection and measurement and control devices that use ring network communication for data exchange;each bay is equipped with an independent protection,each protection device collects its own interval data,and at the same time receives data from other interval protection devices through the ring network and sends data to other protection devices in the ring network.Each protection device performs protection logic calculations based on the ring network data and passes the corresponding.The interval protection device completes the protection action,and the rapid tripping outlet completes the removal of the fault source,at the same time,it can quickly restore the power supply in the non-faulty area to avoid the occurrence of large-scale power outages.After field operation verification,the solution has advantages over traditional distribution network protection devices in terms of reliability and quickness,and improves the reliability of the distribution network operation and the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
