摘 要:[目的/意义]众多学者对移动数字阅读用户采纳后持续使用意向的影响因素进行了广泛研究,但不同的个体研究得出的结论在程度和方向上存在明显的差异,本文试图通过研究得出相对一致的结论。[方法/过程]采用元分析方法对国内外36篇相关实证研究文献中的143 462个独立样本进行综合分析。[结果/结论]移动数字阅读用户采纳后的持续使用意向的影响因素主要有感知有用性、感知易用性、感知愉悦性、社会影响、界面设计、阅读内容、感知成本、期望确认、满意度、持续使用意向等,感知有用性和满意度对持续使用意向的影响最大;其次是感知易用性、社会影响、感知愉悦性、感知成本;感知易用性对感知有用性有显著正向影响;感知愉悦性、界面设计和阅读内容对满意度有显著正向影响;感知易用性和感知有用性对满意度和持续使用意向有显著正向影响;期望确认对感知易用性、感知有用性和感知愉悦性有显著正向影响;感知成本对满意度和持续使用意向有显著负向影响;期望确认对满意度有显著正向影响;满意度对持续使用行为有显著正向影响。最后,对研究结果进行讨论并提出对策建议。[Purpose/significance]Many scholars conduct extensive researches on the influencing factors of mobile digital reading,and there are obvious differences in the degree and direction of conclusions drawn from different individual studies.This article attempts to draw relatively consistent conclusions through research.[Method/process]This study uses metaanalysis to conduct a comprehensive analysis of 143,462 independent samples of 36 relevant empirical research documents at home and abroad.[Result/conclusion]The influencing factors of mobile digital readers’continuous use behavior are perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived pleasure,social influence,interface design,reading content,perceived cost,expectation confirmation,satisfaction,continuous use intention,etc.Perceived usefulness and satisfaction have the greatest impact on continuous use intention,followed by perceived ease of use,social influence,perceived pleasure,and perceived cost.Perceived ease of use has a significantly positive impact on perceived usefulness;Perceived pleasure,interface design and reading content have a significantly positive impact on satisfaction;Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significantly positive impact on satisfaction and continued use intention;Expect confirmation has a significant impact on perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,and perceived pleasure;Perceived cost has a significantly negative impact on satisfaction and continuous use intention;Expectation confirmation has a significantly positive impact on satisfaction;Satisfaction has a significantly positive impact on continuous use behavior.Finally,the research results are discussed and countermeasures are proposed.
