人性化护理模式干预对儿童静脉输液无痛穿刺依从性和应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理模式干预对儿童静脉输液无痛穿刺依从性和应激反应的影响效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月苏州市吴江区儿童医院儿内科收入的70例行静脉输液治疗的患儿作为研究对象,两组均实施无痛穿刺。采用儿科传统护理模式干预的35例为对照组,在儿科传统护理模式干预基础上加用人性化护理模式的35例为观察组。于干预前、出院时测定两组的焦虑、抑郁评分,生命体征指标(呼吸、心率、血压),统计静脉输液依从性、哭闹发生率并对以上指标进行比较。结果干预前两组的焦虑、抑郁评分及生命体征指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时两组的焦虑、抑郁评分及生命体征指标低于干预前,且观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分及生命体征指标低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的静脉输液总依从率为94.29%、哭闹发生率为8.57%,优于对照组的82.86%、20.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式干预可提高儿童静脉输液无痛穿刺依从性,降低应激反应及哭闹发生率,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the influence of humanized nursing mode interventio n on the compliance and stress response of children with intravenous infusion painless puncture.Methods Seventy children who received intravenous infusion therapy in the Department of Pediatrics,Children’s Hospital of Wujiang District,Suzhou City were selected as the research objects from December 2020 to December 2021.Both groups received painless puncture.35 children with traditional pediatric nursing mode intervention were used as the control group,and 35 children with humanized nursing mode based on the intervention of traditional pediatric nursing mode were used as the observation group.The anxiety,depression scores,and vital signs(respiration,heart rate,blood pressure)of the two groups were measured before the intervention and at discharge.The compliance with intravenous infusion and the incidence of crying were counted and the above indicators were compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the anxiety score,depression score,and vital signs between the two groups(P>0.05).The anxiety score,depression score,and vital signs of the two groups at discharge were lower than those before intervention,and the anxiety score,depression score,and vital signs of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group’s intravenous infusion compliance rate was 94.29%,and incidence of crying was 8.57%,which were better than the 82.86% and 20.00% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing mode intervention can improve children’s compliance with intravenous infusion painless puncture,reduce the incidence of stress response and crying,and is worthy of popularization.
