摘　　要：目的研究针对性心理护理在女性冠心病患者并发焦虑抑郁情绪中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的90例女性冠心病并发焦虑抑郁情绪患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理方法的基础上给予针对性心理护理方法,比较两组的焦虑抑郁情绪评分、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果观察组的焦虑抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理+针对性心理护理方法能够降低患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者护理满意度,且该方法临床应用效果更显著。Objective To study the application effect of targeted psychological nursing in female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,90 cases of female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The control group used conventional nursing method,and the observation group was given targeted psychological nursing method on the basis of conventional nursing method.The scores of anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional nursing+targeted psychological nursing can reduce patients’anxiety and depression,improve patients’nursing satisfaction,and the clinical application effect of this method is more significant.
