摘　　要：文章针对锂离子串联电池组提出均衡方法,基于多绕组反激式(Fly-back)变压器的正向和反向变换分别实现单体与单体、模块与模块之间的能量流动。变压器的正向电路结合通用滤波器能显著降低均衡后单体电池间电压差,减小变压器线圈匝数不均匀带来的系统误差;Fly-back变压器可通过反向电路实现去磁,且无需额外去磁电路。使用一对互补的脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)信号控制金属-氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor,MOSFET)开关,将8节磷酸铁锂电池均分成2个模块进行动静态均衡实验。实验结果表明,该均衡方法可以有效降低单体间电压差,均衡结果比现有的同类均衡器更精确。Aiming at the lithium-ion series battery pack,a modular equalization method based on Fly-back transformer is proposed.The equalization circuit is based on the forward and reverse transformation of the multi-winding Fly-back transformer to realize the flow of energy between the units and between the modules respectively.The forward circuit of the transformer combined with the general purpose filter can significantly reduce the voltage difference between the cells after equalization,and reduce the systematic error caused by the unevenness of the transformer coil.The Fly-back transformer can be demagnetized by a reverse circuit without the need for an additional demagnetization circuit.By using a pair of complementary pulse width modulation(PWM)signals to control the metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET)switch,the eight-cell lithium iron phosphate battery is divided into two modules for dynamic and static equalization experiments.The experimental results show that the equalization method can effectively reduce the voltage difference between the cells,which is better than the existing ones.And the equalizer is more precise.
