摘 要:文章研发了一种新型非对称摩擦阻尼器,提出简化力学模型,并进行力学性能试验验证,最终基于试验结果在经典弹塑性模型基础上考虑空程的影响,从而可准确表征该阻尼器的力学性能。研究结果表明,该阻尼器设计受拉峰值阻尼力最高可达30 kN,而受压峰值阻尼力接近于0,满足双向性能化差异的目标。仅通过预压螺栓调节预压预紧力可改变该阻尼器的峰值阻尼力,以满足不同场景的使用需求。该力学模型能较好地模拟非对称力学性能,适用于柔性非对称构件的变形耗能研究需求。A new type of asymmetric friction damper was invented and manufactured.A simplified mechanical model was proposed,and the mechanical performance testing was carried out.Based on the test results,the effect of lost motion was introduced into the elastoplastic model with additional stiffness.The results show that the asymmetric friction damper was designed with a peak damping force under tension up to 30 kN,while the peak damping force under compression was almost zero,which satisfied the goal of two-way performance difference.By adjusting the preload force,the peak damping force of the damper could be changed to meet the requirements of different scenarios.The proposed mechanical model could simulate asymmetric mechanical properties well,and be suitable for the energy dissipation study on the deformed flexible asymmetric components.
