摘  要:为了研究再生粗骨料与新浇筑的水泥砂浆间界面的黏结性能,文章设计了界面黏结抗拉试验并考虑了水泥砂浆强度、再生粗骨料表面粗糙度以及苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯类聚合物胶乳的添加对界面黏结试件破坏形态及界面黏结抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明:再生粗骨料与水泥砂浆间界面的受拉破坏形态为两者于界面处脱黏,且界面黏结抗拉强度随着水泥砂浆强度的提高而提高,随着骨料表面粗糙度的增加而增大;在水泥砂浆中添加聚合物胶乳后,其与再生粗骨料表面的界面黏结抗拉性能得到明显改善。To study the interfacial bonding properties between the recycled coarse aggregate and the newly poured cement mortar,the interfacial tensile bond tests were carried out,in which the effects of the strength of the cement mortar,the surface roughness of the recycled coarse aggregate on the tensile bond properties of interface were considered.In addition,the influence of styrene/acrylic polymer on the interfacial tensile behavior was investigated.Tests results showed that the tensile failure mode of the interface between the recycled coarse aggregate and the cement mortar was the interfacial debonding.The interfacial tensile bond strength decreased with the increase of the water-cement ratio of the cement mortar,and increased with the increase of the surface roughness of the recycled coarse aggregate.Moreover,it was improved significantly when adding the polymer into the cement mortar matrix.
