摘　　要：为解决电力通道资源图纸设计与规划报批在准确性、规范性上存在的不协调问题,本文综合运用开源OpenGIS技术和数据库技术,成功研发了电力通道资源设计系统。系统集成线上线下业务,对通道资源方案进行信息化设计,综合管理空间、非空间数据,并提供实时可视化预览。实际工程应用表明,该系统保证了通道资源设计的完整性和准确性,实现了电力通道资源工程设计与规划报批的无缝对接,大大提高了设计人员的工作效率。In order to improve the accuracy and specification of planning and designing for power channel blueprint,a power channel resource designing system is proposed.It realized the digital design of power channel programs in a visualized way,combinating online and offline,spatial and non-spatial data.Practical engineering application shows that the system ensures the correction and accuracy of power design programs by seamless connection with design and plan,which can improve the efficiency of power department management.
