摘 要:以三维激光扫描技术为依托,分析与研究某矿溜井的垮塌位置与破坏特征,根据溜井的现场情况制定测量方案,通过三维激光扫描仪采集溜井垮塌位置点云数据,得到溜井破坏位置完整的原始点云数据。并且通过点云数据建立溜井及周边环境的精细化三维模型,实现溜井的可视化。最后根据模型数据剖面处理,得到结论:2号溜井在不同中段的井壁都存在垮塌现象,总垮塌量为2155 m^(3),0 m~-50 m段平均垮塌15.25 m^(2),-50 m~-100 m段平均垮塌8.34 m^(2),-100 m~-150 m段垮塌现象最严重,平均垮塌28.79 m^(2)。本文研究对溜井的安全运行提供了科学的数据参考。In order to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research on the collapse location and failure characteristics of the gold-copper chute,this paper,based on the three-dimensional laser scanning technology,makes a measurement scheme according to the field situation of the chute,collects the point cloud data of the collapse location of the chute through the dimensional laser scanner,and gets the original point cloud data of the complete failure location of the chute.Moreover,through the point cloud data,a fine three-dimensional model of the chute and its surrounding environment is established to realize the visualization of the chute.Finally,according to the model data profile processing,the main conclusions are as follows:No.2 pass in different sections of the shaft wall collapse phenomenon,the total amount of collapse is 2155m^(3),0m to-50m section average collapse of 15.25m^(2),-50m to-100m section average collapse of 8.34m^(2),-100m to-150m section collapse phenomenon is the most serious,the average collapse of 28.79m^(2).The research in this paper provides scientific data reference for the safe operation of the chute.
