地方本科高校服务区域经济发展生态行动路径研究——以邵阳学院为例

摘　　要：政府、地方本科高校、企业都期望校企能深入合作,通过提高高校人才培养质量和科研创新能力,促进区域经济和社会发展。但是,由于种种原因,地方本科高校在服务区域经济发展中还存在许多问题。作为邵阳地区唯一的本科高校和知识溢出的主要单位,邵阳学院发挥高校服务区域经济社会发展的职能,推动高校科研成果转化应用,促进产业转型升级,探究了有效生态行动路径,可为兄弟院校提升自身服务区域经济发展能力提供借鉴。The government,local undergraduate universities,and enterprises all look forward to an in-depth school-enterprise cooperation to promote regional economic and social development by improving the quality of talent cultivation and the capability of research and innovation.However,many problems are still there due to various reasons.As the only university with knowledge spillover in Shaoyang,Shaoyang University gives full play to its function of serving regional economic and social development by promoting the transformation and application of scientific research achievements and pushing forward industrial transformation and upgrading.It has explored an effective ecology action way which can be a reference for other colleges and universities to enhance their ability to serve regional economic development.
