摘  要:近年来,重复脉冲法(RSO法)以其方便快捷的诊断形式以及较高的诊断灵敏度在汽轮发电机转子匝间短路的诊断上获得了大范围的应用,但由于转子结构和参数的差异,该方法在抽水蓄能发电电动机转子上的应用甚少,其诊断效果未知,导致诊断只能依赖于对试验条件要求较高且灵敏度不足的交流阻抗方法来进行,无法实现缺陷的早期识别。本文首先通过建模仿真和实际测试,得到了发电电动机转子绕组在传统形式的重复脉冲激励下不同位置发生故障时的响应,验证了仿真模型的有效性,同时发现采用传统形式的激励脉冲存在远端故障诊断灵敏度不足的问题;然后,结合转子的实测频域特性分析了诊断灵敏度不足的原因,并以此为基础提出了激励脉冲优化策略;最后,采用前述仿真模型对此策略的改进效果进行了验证。结果表明:采用合理的激励形式,重复脉冲法可以应用于发电电动机转子绕组匝间短路的诊断,并能够保证故障的诊断灵敏度。In recent years,the repetitive surge oscilloscope method(RSO)has won a wide range of applications on diagnosis of turbo-generator rotors’inter-turn short-circuit by the form of its convenient and quick diagnosis and the high diagnosis sensitivity.However,because of the difference of the rotor structure and parameters,this method is rarely applied to the pumped storage generator-motor rotor and the diagnosis effect is unknown.So the diagnosis can only rely on the AC impedance method,which has high requirement on the experiment condition and low sensitivity,resulting in the early recognition of defects can’t be achieved.In this paper,through simulation and actual test,the response of the generator-motor rotor winding to faults at different positions under the traditional repeated pulse excitation form is obtained,and the effectiveness of the simulation model is verified.At the same time,the problem of insufficient sensitivity for remote fault diagnosis is found in the traditional form of excitation pulse.Then,combining with the measured frequency-domain characteristics of the rotor,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of diagnostic sensitivity and puts forward the excitation pulse optimization strategy.Finally,this paper uses the simulation model to verify the improvement effect of this strategy.The results show that the RSO method can be applied to the generator-motor rotor winding with a reasonable excitation form,and the fault diagnosing sensitivity can be guaranteed.
