摘 要:定子端部振动特性是核能发电机设计需关注的重要方面之一。本文依托国内某大型核能汽轮发电机定子端部动力特性研究项目,形成了一整套核能发电机定子端部动力特性仿真计算方法。首先对该核能汽轮发电机定子端部部件的力学参数进行试验测定,其次对复杂的部件关系及边界条件进行简化处理,然后在此基础上建立有限元模型并进行仿真计算,同时对该机进行了真机现场模态测试验证。结果表明:采用该方法计算的定子端部模态仿真结果与现场测试结果的相对误差均小于6%。该方法可以应用于类似的核电机组中。The vibration characteristic of stator end is one of the most important aspects in the design of nuclear turbo-generator.A set of simulation methods for the stator end dynamic characteristics of nuclear generator are developed based on the research of the stator end of a nuclear turbo-generator.Firstly,the material parameters of the stator end parts of nuclear turbo-generator are tested and measured.And the complex component relationships and boundary conditions are simplified.Then the finite element model is established and simulated.In order to verify the simulation,the real machine modal test is carried out.The results show that it is less than 6%the relative error between the modal simulation results and the field test results.The simulation method of dynamic characteristics of the stator end has been verified to apply in the similar products of nuclear turbo-generator in the future.
