摘　　要：运用现代数字经济景气指数分析方法,对2021年中经煤炭产业景气指数的供给、需求、效益、发展4个维度,以及生产、进口、库存、营业收入、出口、价格、利润、回款、投资、用工的十大指标进行了深入分析,指出,2021年虽然出现了多种"异动"、承受多种压力,但煤炭产业经济发展取得良好成绩,整体稳中有进、进中致远,景气度呈逐季递增趋势。对煤炭产业景气度提升的原因进行了简要分析,认为主要得益于国家供给侧结构性改革、新发展理念的指引和中国共产党百年华诞注入的新动能。从经济学角度对2021年煤炭产业"异动"及其成因进行了研究和分析,并总结了经验教训。以国际经济、国民经济、相关产业经济、煤炭产业经济、产业政策取向5个判断为依据,分析预测了2022年中国煤炭产业经济发展趋势。认为在新形势、新常态下,煤炭产业虽将实现一定程度的可持续高质量发展,但上行压力将大于2021年。指出,煤炭产业要把握好2022年我国经济工作的总体要求,在新发展理念指引下,坚持"固基、保供、稳价、发展"八字方针,在后疫情时代或带疫发展时代,继续推进煤炭产业革命,以优异成绩迎接党的二十大胜利召开。Using the modern digital economic prosperity index analysis method,an in-depth analysis on four dimensions of supply,demand,benefit and development and ten major indicators of production,import,inventory,operating revenue,export,price,profit,payment collection,investment and employment of China economy coal industry prosperity index in 2021 was carried out.It was pointed out that although there were many abnormal fluctuations and various pressures,the economic development of the coal industry had made good achievements by making progress in the overall stability and reaching a far future,and the prosperity was increasing quarter by quarter.The reasons for the improvement of the prosperity of the coal industry were briefly analyzed,and it was believed that the improvement was mainly due to the supply side structural reform,the guidance of the new development concept and the new momentum injected by the centennial birthday of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The abnormal fluctuations of coal industry in 2021 and their causes were studied and analyzed from the perspective of economics,and the experience and lessons were summarized.Based on the five judgments of international economy,national economy,related industrial economy,coal industry economy and industrial policy orientation,the development trend of China’s coal industry economy in 2022 was analyzed and forecasted.It was believed that under the new situation and new normal,although the coal industry would achieve a certain degree of sustainable and high-quality development,the upward pressure would be greater than that in 2021.It was pointed out that the coal industry should grasp the overall requirements of China’s economic work in 2022,adhere to the policy of solid foundation,guaranteed supply,stable price and development under the guidance of the new development concept,continue to promote the coal industry revolution in the post epidemic era or era of development with epidemic,and meet the successful convening of the 20 th CPC National Congress with e
