摘 要:随着智能化技术和装备的不断发展,煤矿综采工作面的智能化水平也在不断提升,国家和行业目前都在支持和鼓励煤矿智能化发展,如何建设一个符合煤矿自身特点的智能化开采系统是每个煤矿面临的主要任务。基于煤矿对智能化开采的现实要求,阐述了智能化开采总体架构、系统组成及其功能;创新性地提出智能化开采可分为基本系统、成熟可应用系统、研发试验阶段系统3个层级,并对3个层级各系统的主要功能进行了详细研究和分析;阐述了典型的智能化开采模式,从煤矿实际出发提出智能化开采的相关思考。With the continuous development of intelligent technologies and equipment,the intelligent level of fully mechanized coal mining face is also improving.At present,the state and industry are both supporting and encouraging the development of related intelligent technologies and equipment,and how to build an intelligent mining system in coal mines in line with their own characteristics is the main problem faced by each mine.Based on the actual requirements of coal mines for intelligent mining,the overall architecture,system composition and function of intelligent mining were elaborated.Three levels of intelligent were put forward including the basic composition system,the mature and applicable system and the development and test stage system,and the main functions of each system of the three levels were studied and analyzed in detail;the typical intelligent mining mode were expounded,and some related ideas of intelligent mining were put forward from the actual situation of coal mine.
