摘　　要：高压活动弯头是石油开采作业中必不可少的活动连接件,但在施工作业过程中容易发生渗漏,若不及时处理,不但会造成不必要的经济损失,还会造成井场环境的污染。针对高压活动弯头低压密封不良及关节头内钢球及轨道负荷大的2个问题进行分析,设计了可预紧三轨道高压活动弯头,通过增加的波纹圈弹性件,提供密封圈初始预紧力,同时还增加轨道,补偿钢球磨损轴向间隙。改进后的高压活动弯头密封效果好,使用寿命长。High pressure movable elbow is an indispensable movable connection in oil exploitation operation.Leakage is easy to occur during construction operation.If it is not dealt with in time,it will not only cause unnecessary economic losses,but also lead to pollution of wellsite environment.In this paper,two problems of the high elbow,which are insufficient sealing under low pressure and high load on joint steel ball in the head and orbit,were analyzed.Furthermore,a type of pretentionable high pressure movable three-orbit elbow was designed.Initial pre-tightening force can be loaded on the elbow by increasing the corrugated circle elastic parts and compensation of steel ball wear axial clearance can be implemented by increasing orbits.The improved elbow has advantages of better sealing effect and longer service life.
