摘  要:榆树林二氧化碳驱某注气井套管断裂。通过断口形貌、化学成分、力学性能、金相、微观形貌及能谱技术等分析手段,对其进行断裂原因分析,并对断裂套管无裂纹完好处取样,进行实验室抗硫检测评价。结果表明该套管为硫化氢应力诱导氢致开裂机制所引起的应力腐蚀开裂。Casing fracture of a CO_(2) flooding gas injection well occurred in a pilot zone in Yushulin Oilfield.Failure reason was analyzed by means of fracture morphology analysis,mechanical properties test,metallographic examination,micro-morphology and energy spectrum analysis.Samples were taken from crack-free part of the broken casing and laboratory sulfur resistance test and evaluation were conducted.The results show that the casing failure is attributed to the stress corrosion cracking caused by hydrogen sulfide stress-oriented hydrogen induced cracking.
