摘 要:泰州靖江市新十圩港大桥省考断面近年来水质出现超标现象,为了控制该断面水质达标,不让超标水汇入长江。基于水文、水质和污染源资料,建立了靖江市十圩港河流一维水环境数学模型。利用控制断面达标法、污染影响分担率计算法得到十圩港河道的水环境容量与各镇分担率。与现状污染物入河量对比,从而确定了研究区域内各类污染物的削减量;根据各入河污染物量,分析不同镇区对十圩港河流污染的分担率。结果表明,十圩港研究河段氨氮、总磷现状排放量超过水环境容量,分别需削减37.6%和59.1%;孤山镇的氨氮及总磷分担率均为最高,分别占39%和44%。最终对新十圩港大桥考核断面污染源解析,确定整治十圩港断面达标的关键为改善孤山镇入十圩港的污染源,这为新十圩港大桥断面乃至十圩港河流的水环境综合治理提供技术支持。In recent years,the water quality of the provincial examination section of the new Shiwei gang Bridge in Jingjiang City,Taizhou has exceeded the standard.In order to control the water quality of the section to reach the standard,the water that exceeds the standard should not be allowed to flow into the Yangtze River.Based on the data of hydrology,water quality and pollution sources,a one-dimensional mathematical model of river water environment in Shiwei gang of Jingjiang City was established.The water environmental capacity of Shiwei gang channel and the sharing rate of each town were obtained by using the control section standard method and the pollution influence sharing rate calculation method.Compared with the current pollutant quantity into the river,the reduction amount of various pollutants in the study area was determined.According to the amount of pollutants into the river,the sharing rate of river pollution in Shiwei gang in different towns was analyzed.The results showed that the current discharge of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the study reach of Shiwei gang exceeded the water environmental capacity,and it needs to be reduced by 37.6%and 59.1%,respectively.The proportion of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in Gushan town was the highest,accounting for 39%and 44%,respectively.Finally,the paper analyzed the pollution sources of the cross-section of the new shiwei gang bridge,and determined that the key to the standard of the section of shiwei gang is to improve the pollution sources from Gushan town entering shiwei gang,which provides technical support for the comprehensive treatment of the water environment of the cross-section of the new shiwei gang bridge and even the river of shiwei gang.
