摘  要:介绍了有源效率刻度法及实验室γ谱无源效率刻度系统(LabSOCS)在样品活度浓度分析中的原理,利用多型号低本底高纯锗γ谱仪,通过生态环境部辐射环境监测技术中心(下称技术中心)提供的沉降物考核样品,进行了两种分析方法的对比分析,对LabSOCS软件可靠性进行验证并对比不同型号探测器性能。两种方法所得核素活度浓度结果与技术中心给定的参考值对比,报送数据均通过考核。分析结论如下:LabSOCS仿真软件的计算结果是可靠的,可作为实验室分析的补充手段;多型号高纯锗谱仪性能分析结果,可为今后辐射测量中γ谱仪的选择提供参考。This paper introduced the principles of active efficiency calibration method and LabSOCS in the analysis of sample activity concentration.By using multiple types of low background and high purity germanium gamma spectrometer,the two analysis methods are compared and analyzed through the sediment assessment samples provided by the Radiation Monitoring Technical Center of Ministry of Ecology and Environment(hereinafter referred to as the technical center).The reliability of LabSOCS software was verified and the differences of different types of detectors were compared.The results of nuclide activity concentration obtained from the experiment were compared with the reference values given by the technical center,and the submitted data passed the examination.The conclusions are as follows:the calculation results of LabSOCS are reliable and can be used as a supplementary means for laboratory analysis;the performance analysis results of multi-model HPGe spectrometer can provide reference for the selection of gamma spectrometer in radiation measurement in the future.
