摘　　要：组建高校思政课教学科研团队,是提升科研能力和教学水平的有效措施。当前高校思政教学科研团队建设发展不太均衡,一些团队存在着定位不准确、方向不明晰、结构不合理、协作不充分等问题。高校思政课教学科研团队要形成凝聚力和自身特色,需要加强顶层设计和整体规划,重视带头人的培养、遴选和管理,优化团队的年龄结构和学科结构,健全和完善评价和激励机制,培养团队精神和合作氛围,促进成员之间的交流合作。The formation of university ideology teaching and research teams is an effective measure to improve research capacity and teaching level.At present,the development of university ideology teaching and research team construction is very uneven,some teams have inaccurate positioning,unclear direction,unreasonable structure,insufficient collaboration and other problems.To form a cohesive and distinctive team,we need to strengthen the top-level design and overall planning,pay attention to the training,selection and management of leaders,optimize the age structure and discipline structure of the team,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,cultivate team spirit and cooperative atmosphere,and promote communication and cooperation among members.
