摘 要:通过分析金城江水电站一期导流围堰安全度汛处理方案变更必要性,并结合实际工程进度与围堰度汛环境条件,提出一期围堰的防护与冲毁两种处理方案,通过对比这两种方案的优缺点,推荐采用具有工期影响小、容易施工、工程量小和总投资成本低等优势的防护方案作为设计围堰安全度汛变更方案。随后从设计和施工两方面对防护方案进行了具体分析。结果表明,防护方案的设计均能够满足规范要求,提出的关键施工技术能够实现一期导流围堰工程的安全可靠。该比选与分析成果可为相似工程提供借鉴。By analyzing the necessity of changing the treatment scheme for the safe flood protection of the phaseⅠdiversion cofferdam of Jinchengjiang Hydropower Station,and combined with the actual project progress and the environmental conditions for the flood protection of the cofferdam,two treatment schemes for the protection and flushing of the phaseⅠcofferdam are proposed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,it is recommended to adopt the treatment scheme which has little impact on the construction period and is easy to construct,small quantities and low total investment cost is used as the change scheme for safe flood protection of the design cofferdam.Then,the protection scheme is analyzed from the aspects of design and construction.The results show that the design of the protection scheme can meet the requirements of the code,and the key construction technology proposed can realize the safety and reliability of the phaseⅠdiversion cofferdam project.The comparison and analysis results can provide reference for similar projects.
