摘 要:为了更好地调控磺化聚砜膜的水/盐传输性能,采用溶剂挥发法制备出致密的磺化聚砜膜,并研究磺酸基团含量对膜性能的影响。以溶解-扩散理论为基础,研究磺化度较低的磺化聚砜膜的水渗透系数、水溶解度系数、水扩散系数、盐渗透系数、盐溶解度系数和盐扩散系数。结果表明:相对磺化度较高的BPS(H)膜,磺化度较低的BPS(H)膜的水溶解度系数较低,水渗透系数、水扩散系数、盐渗透系数、盐溶解度系数和盐扩散系数随之降低;在相同磺化度的BPS(H)膜中,酸型膜的水和盐的渗透、扩散和溶解度系数都比盐型膜的要高;BPSH-10膜的水溶解度系数为0.13,其扩散水渗透系数为1.00×10^(-7) cm^(2)/s,达到了相对较高的水平。不同磺化度的膜吸水率越高,水渗透和盐渗透系数越高,水/盐选择性越低。In order to better adjust the water and salt transport performance of sulfonated polysulfone membrane,the sul-fonated polysulfone membrane was prepared by the solvent volatilization method,and the influence of the content of sulfonic groups on the membrane performance was studied.On the basis of solution-diffusion theory,the water permeability coefficient,water solubility coefficient,water diffusion coefficient,salt permeability coefficient,salt solubility coefficient and salt diffusion coefficient of sulfonated polysulfone membrane with low sulfonation degree were studied.The results show that compared with the BPS(H)film with higher sulfonation degree,the BPS(H)film with lower sulfonation degree has lower water solubility coefficient,and water permeability coeffi-cient,water diffusion coefficient,salt permeability coefficient,salt solubility coefficient and salt diffusion coeffi-cient decrease.In BPS(H)films with the same degree of sulfonation,the permeability,diffusion and solubility coefficients of water and salt in acid type films are higher than those in salt type films.Water solubility coefficient of the BPSH-10 membrane is 0.13,the water diffusion permeability coefficient is 1.00×10^(-7 )cm^(2)/s,which reaches a relatively high level.The higher the water absorption,the higher the water permeability and the higher the salt permeability coefficient,and the lower the water/salt selectivity.
