摘 要:为解决铁掺杂镍基催化剂中金属离子调控不足及活性位点暴露不充分等问题,采用简单的硼氢化钠一步还原法,室温下通过调控金属Fe的掺杂量成功制备出超薄Fe_(1)Ni_(4)OH纳米片电催化剂用于析氧反应(OER);对所制催化剂进行XRD、SEM、TEM及XPS等物理表征以研究其结构性能关系,并对其进行电化学表征以研究其OER性能。结果表明:经铁/镍离子比例调控所得的Fe_(1)Ni_(4)OH纳米片催化剂具有类似α-Ni(OH)_(2)的结构,为催化OER反应提供活性位点,且其独特的3D纳米片状结构能够暴露出更多的活性位点进而提高催化性能;Fe_(1)Ni_(4)OH纳米片在0.1 mol/L KOH溶液中表现出最佳的OER性能,在电流密度达到10 mA/cm2时的超电位仅为247 mV,具有87 mV/dec的Tafel斜率,在10000 s计时安培测试中表现出优于IrO_(2)的稳定性。To solve the problems of inadequate regulation of metal ions and insufficient exposure of active sites in the iron-doped nickel-based catalyst,the ultra-thin Fe_(1)Ni_(4)OH nanosheet electrocatalyst was successfully prepared by one-step NaBH_(4) reduction method at room temperature and by adjusting the doping amount of metal Fe for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS to study its structure-performance relationship,and electrochemical characterization were performed to test its OER catalytic acticity.The results showed that the Fe_(1)Ni_(4)OH nanosheets catalyst with Fe/Ni ion ratio has a structure similar toα-Ni(OH)_(2,)which provides active sites for OER reaction,and its unique 3D nanosheet structure can expose more active sites to improve the catalytic performance.The Fe_(1)Ni_(4)OH nanosheets showed the best OER performance in 0.1 mol/L KOH solution,the overpotential of 10 mA/cm^(2) is only 247 mV,and the Tafel slope is 87 mV/dec.The stability of the Fe_(1)Ni_(4)OH nanosheet is better than that of IrO_(2 )in the 10000 s chronoamperometric test.
