摘  要:针对电动汽车无线充电系统屏蔽背部空间的漏磁问题,提出一种边缘加厚的新型纳米晶复合屏蔽结构。通过建立多层复合屏蔽数学模型,仿真计算分析不同屏蔽结构背部空间磁通密度。结果表明:边缘加厚纳米晶复合屏蔽结构对于屏蔽背后空间漏磁场具有较好的抑制效果,相比于单层纳米晶复合屏蔽磁通密度下降了25%~26.1%,相比于铁氧体+铝板结构磁通密度下降了50%~55.7%,屏蔽结构的屏蔽效能高22.9%~26.7%,有效地减少了屏蔽的漏磁。Aiming at the magnetic leakage of shielding back space of electric vehicle wireless charging system,a new nanocrystalline composite shielding structure with thickened edge is proposed.By establishing the mathematical model of multi-layer composite shielding,the spatial magnetic flux density at the back of different shielding structures is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the edge thickened nanocrystalline composite shielding structure has a good inhibitory effect on the magnetic leakage field behind the shielding.Compared with the single-layer nanocrystalline composite shielding,the magnetic flux density is reduced by 25%-26.1%,compared with the ferrite+aluminum plate structure,the magnetic flux density is reduced by 50%-55.7%,and the shielding efficiency of the shielding structure is 22.9%-26.7%,which effectively reduces the magnetic leakage of the shielding.
