摘　　要：针对包装印刷企业生产现场信息化程度低以及生产制造过程中各种数据不透明导致的管理复杂和追溯困难等问题,提出了适用于包装印刷生产的制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)。首先对企业目前的局限性进行分析,得出MES系统的具体需求;其次,从需求出发,整体设计MES系统平台,包括设计思路、部署方案、网络建设等;最后对包装印刷生产的MES系统功能进行了描述。系统实现了包装印刷生产过程中各类生产数据的采集,构建了一体化的信息平台,达到了透明化生产管控的目的,提高了包装印刷生产的工作效率。Aiming at the low informatization level of the production site in packaging and printing enterprises and the complexity of management and traceability difficulties caused by various data opacity in the production and manufacturing process,a Manufacturing Execution System(MES)suitable for packaging and printing production is proposed.Firstly,analyze the current limitations of the company and get the specific requirements of the MES system;secondly,design the MES system platform according to the requirements,including design ideas,deployment plans,network construction,etc.;finally,describe the functions of the MES system for packaging and printing production.The system realizes the collection of various production data in the packaging and printing production process,builds an integrated information platform,achieves the goal of transparent production control,improves the efficiency of packaging and printing production.
