摘  要:提出一种采用等效结构应力法计算汽车座椅骨架焊接结构疲劳寿命的方法。通过建立壳单元模拟焊缝结构的精细化有限元模型,开展座椅骨架的有限元分析,确定可能的疲劳失效部位;采用雨流计数法统计强化道路测得的汽车座椅随机载荷谱。以Conover八级编谱原理为基础对雨流计数法结果进行再编谱,得到有工程代表性的等寿命典型载荷谱块。用结构应力法计算焊缝处的等效应力,以典型载荷谱、主S-N曲线为输入计算汽车座椅骨架的疲劳性能。对比实际试验统计数据,验证了提出的评估方法的有效性。An equivalent structural stress method is proposed to calculate the fatigue life of welded structure of automobile seat frame. Through the establishment of a refined finite element model of shell element to simulate the weld structure, the finite element analysis of seat frame is carried out to determine the possible fatigue failure position;the random load spectrum of automobile seat measured by strengthening road is counted by rain flow counting method, and the rain flow counting method results are respectrum based on the Conover eight level spectrum compilation principle, and the representative equivalent life typical engineering is obtained. The equivalent stress of the weld is calculated by structural stress method, and the fatigue performance of the car seat frame is calculated with the typical load spectrum and principal S-N curve as input. The effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method is verified by comparing the actual test data.
