摘　　要：目前尚未有文献对图书馆专利影响力进行研究,对其研究能帮助公共图书馆做好专利管理工作和激发图书馆行业人员的科研创新潜力。为有效评估图书馆专利影响力,从价值图谱、文本质量和引证关系等三个方面构建了公共图书馆影响力评估体系。本文对我国公共图书馆申请的75项专利进行实证研究,发现我国公共图书馆申请专利数量较少、影响力总体偏低、呈现申请机构和领域高度集中等现象,并提出相应的发展对策。文章构建的专利影响力评估模型能够为我国公共图书馆对其专利影响力分析提供依据,具有较强的现实意义。At present,there is no literature to research the influence of library patents,and its research can help public libraries to do a good job in patent management and stimulate the scientific research and innovation potential of library industry personnel.In order to effectively evaluate the influence of library patents,the entropy method is used to empower the single-dimensional indicators under the following three aspects to construct a public library influence evaluation system from the three aspects of value map,text quality and citation relationship.The paper conducted an empirical study on 75 patents applied by public libraries in my country as a sample,and finds that the number of patent applications for public libraries in my country is small,the influence is generally low,and the application institutions and fields are highly concentrated.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding development countermeasures.The patent influence evaluation model constructed by the article can provide a basis for the analysis of the influence of Chinese public libraries on their patents,and provide decision-making support for their patent development,scientific research awards,etc.,which has strong practical significance.
