摘　　要：王绍曾与商务印书馆间存在良性的互动关系。1930年,王绍曾进入商务印书馆校史处协助张元济整理出版《百衲本二十四史》,馆中工作也使其研究能力得到提高。“文化大革命”结束后,王绍曾开始正式研究张元济其人其学,研究重心偏向张元济的古籍整理与校勘成就,同时发起并向中华书局讨回《百衲本二十四史校勘记》,又组织团队进行整理并最终将校勘记出版。王绍曾的校史处工作经历和对张元济的研究影响了其自身的学术道路,实际的成果也对学界更进一步研究张元济和商务印书馆有着突出贡献。There is fine interaction between Wang Shaozeng and the Commercial Press(CP).In 1930,Wang Shaozeng entered the department of proofreading history books of CP to help Zhang Yuanji work out Collections of Various Editions of Twenty Four History Books.The work in CP promoted his studying skills.After the Great Cultural Revolution,Wang Shaozeng began his study on Zhang Yuanji’s life and study.His researching point focuses on Zhang Yuanji’s ancient books’settling and editing.At the same time,he took back the Editing Books of Collections of Various Editions of Twenty Four History Books and then organized a team to edit and publish it.Wang Shaozeng’s working experience and his study on Zhang Yuanji has great impact on his own studying road,and his real achievements also has great contributions to scholars’study on Zhang Yuanji and CP.
