摘  要:【目的】建立北柴胡与藏柴胡的顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移谱(HS-GC-IMS)的挥发性指纹图谱,用以快速鉴别北柴胡与藏柴胡。【方法】使用键合交联聚乙二醇柱(MXT-WAX)和5%苯基-甲基聚硅氧烷柱(MXT-5)分别检测21批北柴胡和17批藏柴胡的挥发性指纹谱。分析北柴胡与藏柴胡的特征峰,并对特征峰进行主成分分析,以鉴别北柴胡与藏柴胡。【结果】利用MXT-5色谱柱检测获得北柴胡挥发性特征峰1个,藏柴胡挥发性特征峰5个,主成分1(PC-1)与主成分2(PC-2)总占比为87%;利用MXT-WAX色谱柱检测获得北柴胡挥发性特征峰4个,藏柴胡挥发性特征峰4个,主成分分析PC-1与PC-2总占比为91%。【结论】应用HS-GC-IMS并选用MXT-WAX色谱柱可简单、快速、更好地区分北柴胡与藏柴胡。Objective To establish the volatile fingerprint of headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(HS-GC-IMS)of Bupleurum chinense DC. and Bupleurum marginatum var. Wall. ex DC stenophyllum(Wolff)Shan et Li to rapidly identify them. Methods MXT-WAX and MXT-5 were used to detect the volatile fingerprint of21 batches of Bupleurum chinense DC. and 17 batches of B. marginatum var. stenophyllum, respectively. The achieved characteristic peaks of Bupleurum chinense DC. and B. marginatum var. stenophyllum were given the principal component analysis to identify the two subjects. Results MXT-5 column was used to obtain one characteristic peak of volatile constituents in Bupleurum chinense DC. and 5 characteristic peaks of volatile constituents in B. marginatum var. stenophyllum,and the total proportion of principal components 1(PC-1)and 2(PC-2)was 87%. MXT-WAX column was used to obtain 4 characteristic peaks of volatile constituents in Bupleurum chinense DC. and 4 characteristic peaks of volatile constituents in B. marginatum var. stenophyllum,and the total proportion of PC-1 and PC-2 was 91%. Conclusion The use of HS-GC-IMS with MXT-WAX column allows for simple, rapid and better differentiation between Bupleurum chinense DC. and B. marginatum var.stenophyllum.
