补肝荣筋汤治疗绝经后膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肝荣筋汤治疗绝经后女性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将符合纳入标准的96例单侧绝经后膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组各48例,对照组给予口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊,0.5 g/次,3次/日;治疗组在此基础上给予内服补肝荣筋汤,200 mL/次,2次/日。2组疗程均为1月,并随访1月,对2组治疗前后及治疗后的中医症状积分、VAS疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分、膝关节HSS评分及安全性指标和不良反应情况进行评价。整个观察结束后显示,实际观察88例,其中治疗组45例,对照组43例(脱落8例,治疗组3例,对照组5例)。结果2组患者的中医症状积分、VAS疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分、膝关节HSS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组的各项积分改善疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率为95.55%,对照组的总有效率为81.40%;治疗组的复发率为16.67%,对照组的复发率为33.33%,治疗组与对照组的总有效率及复发率相比,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肝荣筋汤治疗绝经后膝关节骨性关节炎疗效较好,疗效稳定,并且安全性良好,有一定的临床运用推广价值。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Bugan Rongjin Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in postmenopausal women.Methods:96 patients with unilateral postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,48 cases each group.The control group was given oral glucosamine sulfate potassium capsules,0.5 g/time,3 times/day and on this basis treatment,the treatment group was given oral Bugan Rongjin Decoction,200 mL/time,2 times/day.Both groups were treated for 1 month,and followed up for 1 month.The TCM symptom scores,VAS pain score,Lysholm knee joint function score,knee joint HSS score,safety indicators and adverse reactions were evaluated in the two groups before and after treatment.After the observation,88 cases were actually observed,including 45 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in the control group(8 cases dropped out,3 cases in the treatment group,and 5 cases in the control group).Results:The TCM symptom score,VAS pain score,Lysholm knee joint function score and knee joint HSS score of the two groups were all improved compared with those of the prior treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.55%,and that of the control group was 81.40%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 16.67%,and that of the control group was 33.33%.Compared with the total effective rate and the recurrence rate between the two groups,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bugan Rongjin Decoction has a good and stable curative effect and is safe in the treatment of postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis,and has certain promotion value in clinical application.
