摘 要:以半木质化嫩枝为插穗,以"根太阳"为生根剂,在泥炭+珍珠岩(体积比3∶1)基质上进行了5个月季品种的扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:使用"根太阳"100液处理时,金凤凰月季的平均生根率为77.0%,虽然显著低于清水对照的生根率(98.0%),但其平均根数和新梢长度均极显著优于清水对照,表明低浓度的生根剂对月季扦插生根有一定的促进效果;5个月季品种嫩枝扦插的生根率为61.0%~90.0%,平均根数为9.3~14.2条,新梢萌发率为20.0%~79.0%,新梢长度为4.3~6.7 cm;其中,红色龙沙宝石和光谱的生根率显著高于金凤凰的,红双喜的平均根数显著高于光谱的,红色龙沙宝石、光谱和朱丽叶3个品种的新梢萌发率显著高于红双喜的,红双喜的新梢长度显著长于红色龙沙宝石的;藤本类型月季的扦插生根率和平均根数显著优于杂种茶香类型月季,但新梢萌发率和新梢长度二者没有显著差异。The cutting propagation experiment of five cultivars in Rosa chinensis was carried out on the medium of peat + perlite (volume ratio 3:1) with semi-lignified shoots as cuttings and Gentaiyang (diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC) as rooting agent.The results showed that the rooting rate of ‘Golden Scepter’ treated with Gentaiyang 100 times solution was averagely 77.0%,significantly lower than the control treated with water (98.0%),but the average number of roots and the length of shoots were better than the control,the difference was extremely significant,indicating that low concentrations of rooting agents could promote the rooting of rose cuttings.For the five cultivars,the rooting rate was 61.0%-90.0%,the average number of roots was 9.3-14.2,the germination rate of new shoots was 20.0%-79.0%,and the length of new shoots was 4.3-6.7 cm.The rooting rates of ‘Red Eden’and ‘Spectra’ were significantly higher than that of ‘Golden Scepter’;the average number of roots of ‘Double Delight Rose’ was significantly higher than that of ‘Spectra’;the germination rates of new shoots of the three varieties ‘Red Eden’,‘Spectra’and‘Juliet’were significantly higher than that of ‘Double Delight Rose’;the length of new shoots of ‘Double Delight Rose’ was significantly longer than that of ‘Red Eden’.The rooting rate and average root number of the cuttings of Climbing Rose were significantly higher than those of Hybrid Tea,but there was no significant difference in the germination rate and the length of the shoots between the two groups.
