摘 要:利用湖北省各市(州)2009—2019年农业生产的面板数据,运用DEA-BCC模型进行农业生产效率测算。结果表明:湖北省整体农业生产效率虽未达到完全有效,但仍然保持在较高水平,且呈上升态势。因此,为了从整体上进一步提高湖北省农业生产效率,应立足各地区发展实际,着力实施打破区域行政壁垒、坚持区域协调发展、加大科技投入等措施来提高农业生产效率,从而实现湖北省农业高质量发展。This paper has used the DEA-BCC model for the calculating of 2009-2019 panel data of agricultural production of cities (prefectures) in Hubei Province.The results show that although the overall agricultural production efficiency in Hubei Province is not fully active,it still remains at a high level and shows an upward trend.Therefore,in order to further improve the overall agricultural production efficiency of Hubei Province,it should base on the development reality of various regions,focus on breaking regional administrative barriers,adhere to regional coordinated development,and increase scientific and technological investment to improve the agricultural production efficiency,so as to realize the high-quality development of agriculture in Hubei Province.
