摘 要:探索用内蒙古某地石英矿生产板材石英粉选矿工艺。首先试验了破碎—筛分—陶瓷球磨工艺,得到的石英砂只能生产最高白度91.6的石英粉;再次试验了棒磨—立环强磁选—陶瓷球磨工艺试验,得到的精砂SiO_(2)含量99.19%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量0.018%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量0.27%,石英粉白度达到了92.9;最后试验酸洗浸出工艺,石英砂Fe_(2)O_(3)含量进一步降低到46×10^(-6),石英粉白度达到了95.3,可以满足高端板材石英粉要求。Explore the beneficiation process of producing slab quartz powder from a quartz mine in Neimenggu.First,the crushing-screening-ceramic ball milling process was tested,and the obtained quartz sand can only produce quartz powder with a maximum whiteness of 91.6;the rod milling-vertical ring strong magnetic separation-ceramic ball milling process was tested again,and the obtained fine sand the content of SiO_(2) is 99.19%,the content of Fe_(2)O_(3) is 0.018%,the content of Al_(2)O_(3) is 0.27%,and the whiteness of quartz powder reaches 92.9.Finally,the acid washing and leaching process is tested,and the Fe_(2)O_(3) content of quartz sand is further reduced to 46×10^(-6),and the whiteness of quartz powder reaches 95.3,which can meet the requirements of high-end plate quartz powder.
