摘 要:以高纯镁砂、电熔镁砂和电熔尖晶石为主要原料,通过固相烧结制备方镁石—镁铝尖晶石耐火材料。采用耐火材料复相改性原理,研究原料配比和烧成温度对合成耐火材料性能及相组成和微观结构的影响。结果表明:试样经过烧成后主要物相是方镁石和镁铝尖晶石。随着烧成温度的增加,样品体积密度增加,而气孔率呈相反的变化趋势。另外,合成材料微观结构中呈现典型的镁铝尖晶石八面体形貌特征,并出现均匀的微孔结构,材料具有优异的热震稳定性和低导热系数,有利于水泥回转窑温度的降低,微观结构表明结晶相发育完整,结构致密,使样品抗侵蚀性增强。Periclase, magnesium-aluminate spinel brick was prepared by solid phase sintering using high purity magnesia, fused magnesia and fused spinel as the main raw materials. The effects of the raw material ratio and firing temperature on the properties,phase composition and microstructure of prepared refractories were studied by using the principle of multiphase modification of refractories. The results show that the main phases of the sintered samples are periclase and magnesium-aluminate spinel. With the increase of sintering temperature, the bulk density of the samples increases and the porosity changes in the opposite trend. The magnesium-aluminate spinel octahedral shape and uniform microporous structure appear in the microstructure of the synthesized material, showing excellent thermal shock and low thermal conductivity, which is beneficial to reduce the temperature of cement rotary kiln. In addition, the crystalline phase is well developed, the structure is compact, and the erosion resistance of the sample is enhanced.
