摘 要:随着现代轨道交通行业的不断发展,多电平逆变技术已经成为大功率牵引变流器的研究热点之一。以有源中点钳位型五电平(ANPC-5L)逆变器为基础,结合虚坐标变换法,实现了逆变器直流侧中点电位及各相悬浮电容电压的稳定控制。根据参考电压矢量坐标与开关状态确定初始电压作用矢量以及三个基本电压矢量的作用顺序。结合参考电压所在三角形区域信息(正三角形或倒三角形)为三个基本电压矢量分配作用时间。搭建系统模型进行仿真实验,仿真结果验证了算法的可行性以及拓扑结构的优越性。最终,设计ANPC-5L牵引逆变器,通过效率测试验证系统的高效性。With the continuous development of modern rail transit industry,multilevel inverter technology has become one of the research focuses of high-power traction converter. Based on the active neutral point clamped five level(ANPC-5 L)inverter,and combined with virtual coordinate transformation method,the stable control of DC side neutral point potential and suspension capacitor voltage of each phase was realized. According to the reference voltage vector coordinates and the switching state,the initial voltage action vector and the action sequence of the three basic voltage vectors were determined. The action time was assigned to the three basic voltage vectors by combining the triangle region information of reference voltage(normal triangle or inverted triangle). The system model was built and simulated. The simulation results verified the feasibility of the algorithm and the superiority of ANPC-5 L topology. Finally,the ANPC-5 L traction inverter was designed, the efficiency of the system was verified through the efficiency test.
