摘 要:环保意识的提高推动了环境友好的钛系催化剂在聚酯合成领域逐步替代传统锑系催化剂的进程。本文在分析钛系催化剂反应机理的基础上,依据催化剂在聚合反应体系中的存在状态,将钛系催化剂分为均相和非均相两大类。通过对两类催化剂制备和使用过程进行分析,指出均相催化剂制备路线长、成本高是需要重点关注的问题,而非均相催化剂的难点在于其分散性,尤其是在聚酯制备的后期阶段,体系的黏度不断升高,催化剂能否在体系中很好的分散对其催化性能有着至关重要的影响。并按上述分类方式简要概述了近年来钛系催化剂的主要研发进展和工业应用情况。With the improvement of environmental protection awareness,the environment-friendly titanium catalyst gradually replaced the traditional antimony catalyst in the field of polyester synthesis.Based on the analysis of the reaction mechanism of titanium catalysts,titanium catalysts were divided into two categories of homogeneous and heterogeneous according to the existing state of catalysts in the polymerization system.Through the analysis of the preparation and application process of the two kinds of catalysts,it was pointed out that the long preparation route and high cost of homogeneous catalysts were the key issues that need to be paid attention to,and the difficulty of heterogeneous catalysts lied in their dispersion,especially in the later stage of polyester preparation because of the increasing viscosity of the system,and whether the catalyst could be well dispersed in the system importantly influenced on its catalytic performance.The main research and development progress and industrial application of titanium catalysts in recent years were briefly summarized according to the above classification.
