摘  要:研究了尖晶石负载的Pt-Sn催化剂在水蒸气气氛下的低碳烷烃脱氢反应和再生工艺。研究表明:Pt-Sn/尖晶石催化体系可以同时催化不同分子结构的C3和C4烷烃完成脱氢反应生成相应结构的低碳烯烃。脱氢反应后失活的Pt-Sn催化剂无需采用补氯和氧化再分散步骤,仅通过空气烧炭、活化步骤即可恢复催化剂活性,经过2000h的循环再生测试后,催化剂的孔道结构以及催化剂表面的铂金属粒径没有明显变化,可适用于需长周期运转的工业装置。In the present work,ZnAl_(2)O_(4)spinel supported Pt-Sn catalysts were applied to dehydrogenation of light alkanes in steam atmosphere.Pt-Sn/ZnAl_(2)O_(4)catalyst could be used for dehydrogenation of different alkanes as well as the mixed systems with high selectivity to corresponding light olefins.Comparing with Al_(2)O_(4)supported Pt-Sn catalystic system,which regenerated the catalysts by burning of deposited coke and re-dispersing the Pt on Al_(2)O_(4)(treating the catalyst with air-chlorine mixture),the activity of the catalyst could be restored only by burning coke,which greatly simplified the regeneration process.The regeneration stability test of 2000 h showed that the textural properties and the Pt particle size remained unchanged.The catalyst could meet the needs of long-term operation of industrial units.
