摘　　要：介绍了针对不锈钢产业发展对于高品质铬铁合金需求的增加,提出了铬系特种合金全产业链的生产工艺,生产涵盖高碳铬铁、中碳铬铁、低碳铬铁、硅铬合金。经过设备之间的相互配合,工艺流程简短,工序简化,设备投入降低,易于管理,成本降低。In view of the vigorous development of stainless steel industry and the increasing demand for high-quality ferrochrome,the whole industry chain production process of chromium series special alloy is proposed.The production covers high carbon ferrochrome,medium carbon ferrochrome,low carbon ferrochrome and silicochromium.Through the mutual cooperation between the equipment,the flow sheet is short,the process is simplified,the equipment investment is reduced,the cost is reduced and easy to manage.
