摘  要:网球肘,即肱骨外上髁炎,常发生于网球运动员等以手部工作为主的人群。该文从生物力学角度出发,探究网球肘的损伤机制,为广大教练员、运动员、网球爱好者等提供科学的理论指导,也为预防和治疗网球肘,提供理论依据和有效的方法。通过整理相关文献可知,造成网球肘的损伤机制包括:(1)手腕和掌指关节中伸展和屈曲肌群之间的肌力不平衡;(2)错误的回拍方式与击球技术;(3)桡侧伸腕肌群、尺侧腕屈肌群等肌肉的过度使用;(4)前臂过度旋前,肘关节过度外翻;(5)颈椎神经损坏引起的颈源性网球肘;(6)肌腱的过度使用。Tennis elbow,namely external epicondylitis of humerus,commonly occurs in tennis players and other people with hand work.From the perspective of biomechanics,this paper explores the injury mechanism of tennis elbow,provides scientific theoretical guidance for coaches,athletes and tennis enthusiasts.It also provides safe theoretical basis and effective prevention and treatment methods for the prevention and treatment of tennis elbow.The results show that the injury mechanism of tennis elbow is as follows:(1)The muscle force imbalance between the stretching and flexor muscle groups in the wrist and metacarpophalangeal joint;(2)Wrong backhand method and hitting technique;(3)Overuse of carpal extensor radialis and flexor carpal ulnar muscles;(4)Excessive forearm pronation and excessive elbow valgus;(5)Cervicogenic tennis elbow caused by cervical nerve damage;(6)Overuse of tendons.
